4.4 Account Ownership

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Account Suspension & Closure

13.3 Voluntary Closure by User

Users who wish to close their ffjl Casino account voluntarily may do so by contacting the customer support team. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the User through their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit ffjl Casino's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the first instance, any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of the ffjl Casino platform should be submitted to the ffjl Casino customer support team. The support team will acknowledge receipt within twenty-four (24) hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within seven (7) calendar days.

15.2 Formal Complaint

15.3 Game Result Disputes

All disputes regarding game results must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game event. In cases of dispute, the server log maintained by ffjl Casino and the relevant game provider shall be the definitive and final record of the game outcome.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any legal proceedings arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and each party irrevocably submits to that jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

ffjl Casino reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ffjl Casino will provide notice to registered Users via email to their registered address and/or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page and on the hero section above. Continued use of the ffjl Casino platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
